Supervisor Threat

His is talking about vendor management. But I am a employee of HBL Nungambakkam Telesalses division - Auto Loan division. Now I am facing a problem with my team leader. What ever business i do i will get a additional incentive from the company for my car loan sales. But my team leader is asking 50% of the incentive what ever I earned from the company. This started for the last 2 months. If any body not agreed for 50% incentive sharing that the Telecaller or Field executive will be removed from the system. This is started the usual habit of our Team Leader. Because the Sales Manager is also a lady, newly joined in the system and gave all the responsibility to Team leader.

Now, I am running my family with my income. I am not able to discuss with anybody because everybody is not dependable. The HBL office itself does not have any HR in chennai. I dont want to disclose my name because I like the COmpany but not the supervisor.

Please advise me.
