Refused to servicing for lubricants change by Urmila Motors, Puri

We send to our maruti swift No OR-13 D-8686 to cahnge engine oil & coolnat to the nearest service centre in Puri (Orissa) on dtd.26th aug.2009 M/s URMILA MOTORS, but i found woner of that service centre forced us to purchaged lubricants and acessories from him only, as per our company's policy, we have got some regd. vendors to supply all these materials, as a result of which, we did not buy from him, so he refused to deliver the service. May i request you to take some necessary diciplinary action against this type of arrogance person.
