HDFC AUTO LOAN
Documents not received

This is for your kind information that i have own a car for which i took auto loan (loan account number 16121346) from your bank on last 26th Feb'2010 but till date i have not received any documents regarding the same. When i called up the executive again & again he told me that same will be delivered at my home address within a week, but 2 & half months passed away, but still i dont know whom sholud i contact or what is the solution.

Kindly advice.
