Sir, I was travelling from Bankok to Bangalore by flight PG731 on Friday the 10th of August. One of your crew member was quite rude in her behavior with me. I asked her what drinks do you have when she approached me with the drinks tray. She got surprised at my question and almost at the peak of her voice read the menu. That sounded a frustrated cabin crew to me. With no basic ettiquette, how do you recruit such cabin crew inyour airline. I do not know her name. I believe on that flight there were 3 lady attendent. Out of which one was errant in her beavior. If you ignore my complaint then many of your future passengers will be a subject to her rude behavior which I am sure is not good for your airlines reputation.
