Non-receipt of Repayment schedule

I am paying a loan towards two wheeler purchase i paid already 8 instalments and i am yet received repayment schedule from HDFC if one day delay in repayment they will charge rs.450/- for late fees but from 8 months they are not yet issued me a loan repayment schedule (what is the fine for them)
