Harassing about a loan we didnot take

HDFC Bank has been making several calls a day regarding a loan which we never took. It was taken in the name of one called GOPI SINGH, resident of Hyderabad and we live in Nuzvid. That person has given our contact number as his and he has not been paying the EMIs for the last two months and the Bank is calling about that loan and SMSing us about the loan. We explained them that it was our personal number and we don't know any GOPI SINGH.Yet they continue to call us and we feel very inconvenient and disturbed explaining to them every time. We also explained that we would contact a lawyer and tack action but they would not refrain. I want a solution for this problem. We even traveled to Hyderabad to meet the bank staff, at our own expenses and the bank states that the person has taken the loan through attachment and no photo of him is available and they only gave the address of the person. I want to know what to do to stop these calls.
