Name- Raju kumar, applied for loan at HDFC Bank Boring Road, through HDFC Agent, to purchase Four wheeler Mahandra Scorpio, from the Sonali Auto Pvt. Ltd.

Appl. Date for loan - 25 Aug.2010.

Loan senctioned - nearly 27Aug.

Document signed & 3 blank check taken by Agent, named- Mr. Sami kumar on this basis that, when the company, Sonali Auto pvt. hand over the vehicle- Mahendra Scarpio to the custmer Mr. Raju Kumar. Than only he (HDFC Agent) relesed the Senctioned loan amount to the Agency (Sonali Auto).

Still Scorpio is not handed over to Mr. Raju Kumar. But cleverlly the Agent relesed the amount in favour of Sonali Auto. Due to that interest started as a laibility with Raju kumar.

Please investigate the case, and take action aginst the HDFC Agent named Mr. Sami Kumar.
