This is to let you know that my name is Abhishek Singha and I am from Visakhapatnam. I had taken a Two wheeler Loan in 2007 from HDFC. As i bought the bike on 2nd Feb 07 the bike was stolen on 9th Feb 07. I had Registered a complaint with the AP police and got an FIR only after 3 months. I had already informed the Bajaj Insurance and HDFC about the same on the day the vechile was lost. I had submitted all the documents to the Bajaj and HDFC and also HDFC said that they would claim it from Bajaj. I do not hold any CC or any loans. I was 19 only when i got this Vehicle loan. To my surprise my Credit report with CIBIL has a low score of 760 and thats the when i applied for a loan it got rejected. they say that i have a overdue of 1lakh and above. Kindly let me know what best can be done to solve this at the earliest.
