Missed the payment of two wheele

My name is Agnel dsouza handling a Two Wheeler loan from HDFC BANK Because of my financial crisis i was not able to make the payment so a collection department called me on my mother cell phone which was register on national DNC they called up and starting harassing my mom regarding the payment i had a word with piyush from kanjurmarg branch and he said that i need to surrender my vehicle if i don’t have power to pay the EMI i told him that there was a problem last month so i’ll pay the late charges and the last month EMI and this month EMI together however he said that i cant do that. Then i had a word with the PHONE BANKING OFFICER and I explain all the situation to him His name was Sudhir he said i can pay the both the instalment together and he gave me the assurance that I will not get the collection call again .but on the same day i received the call from piyush and then I told him that i had a word with sudhir he said that there is no use of talking to them because whatever he will decide that is final then I had a word with Edward and he said that there is Name DIPTI who is manager for collection she will help me but even she told me same thing. So please look in to the matter because they are calling my mom no i am not saying that i am not paying i will pay it the month of October on my regular EMI so i will pay both the EMI together please its a request look into this matter its very urgent because this type of calls spoiling the banks image
