we had taken Rs 180000/- loan for purchasing a maruti omni van in 2004 .

we had paid all EMI cheques of Rs 4550/- each .company also send us

no dues lettars.

our loan agreement no 752230.

van registration name - sanjay saxena

van no - U P 34 F 7340

hdfc auto loan office lucknow is not releasing van .he is saying that our van

is in the name of k k enterprises on bank record & regisreration is in the name of sanjay saxena.

we want to ask you if our van is registered sanjay saxena s name then how this

loan is passed by you.

so please take necessary action on this matter & relesse our van within 15 days TO AVOID LEGAL ACTION
