Irresponsible management

I own a aveo u-va lt model since last 2 &half years, i regularly service at orange auto pvt ltd sanathnagar but this time when i payed it thru cheque they didnot accept THEY say the company policy has changed they donot accept the cheques anymore but when isaid them that i will pick the vechile after the cheque relization they accepted, now after the cheque realization on 8th sep 2009 when asked about the vechile delivery they say that bank didnot confirm isent them the cyber receipt & the net statement also still they say that it will take another 3 days & today its 9th sep when asked to help me about this to sanjeev the vice prisedent he say he cannot do any thing when asked the phone no of the owner ramu they refuse to give most irresponsible people they deffinately lost a costumer & at the same time they are spoiling the name of gm
