Sub: Frequent break down on trips

As per the ref. above I own a Tata 1109 for transporting my finished goods of packed drinking water from my factory @ Nayatupara in Kannur Dist. to various dealers between Kasaragod & Calicut.

I had purchased the above vehicle from M/s Sakti Automobiles, Kannur on 20/01 .The vehicle from its day of purchase had been giving me problems of fuel pump. The vehicle has several times broken down at various places, due to this and the laden lorry had to be unloaded and reload to another lorry from the break down site which has caused me great financial difficulty and mental agony due to goods not reaching in time and getting damaged while loading and reloading on the highways at the peak of monsoons. The vehicle has been repaired at your authorized workshops in Kasargod and Kannur a few times and every time a hefty bill is charged by the work shop people. The last being a sum of around Rs.15000/ on 11/10 @ Sakti, Kannur. Every time the lorry goes to the work shop my work gets suffered because is take 7 to 10 days to get it repaired because the workshop people give it the least priority. Hence again causing me great financial difficulty and mental agony.

Further this is to request you to kindly set the defective part right to my satisfaction without further delay, and also refund the cost of the repairs which has been paid by me to your various workshops at different times for the same defect. Please do the needful at the earliest or else I should be forced to seek other options for the same.
