Maruti Suzuki (Swift)
No Delivery Time for Vehicles

Dear Sir,

I am anot happy with the services of your Esteem Authorized Dealer Ms. T.R. Sawhney Motors private Limited, East Gokul Puri, Delhi - 110094.

It is regarding to the vehicle number DL8CNB 6108 which is at servic station and has to be delivered on 15th October. But still they are playing games with us. Now they have stoped answering my phone calls.

What kind of management is with them? Maruti has no control on the Authorised Dealers and on there monarchy and monopoly of delaing with customers.

I am fed up with the policy of Maruti.

I need immidiate arrangement if some body is listening this complain.

And also requesting other users of Maruti vehicles to be cautious about the paper work and delivery system of Authorisede dealer.
