Poor service

Enquired for honda dio scooter at pressanna honda coimbatore and financial support with hdfc .the process was completed by one of the bank official mrs indu .she took more than 10 days to complete the process finally message received that loan is approved. she advised me to pay initial payment .unfortunately the vehicle was not in stock because of careless by the staff not able to book the vehicle and take delivery in time.i was totelly upset and informed to the md of pressana honda but no action was taken so far .the sad is that even after receiving fresh arrival no phone call from them to know the customer action
