Non Availability of Spare Parts

Hi All,

I have Hero Honda Acheiver bike 2006 make and using this bike for last 4 years and i never came across any issues its a very nice bike and performance is also very good and so far i never came across any issues. So far i have driven more than 43, 000 kms and only now the chain sprocket got worn and need to be replaced for that i have checked with all Hero Honda authorised dealers but they said sorry we dont have any stocks with us right now and when we checked we came to know since this model didnt fly out very well as compared to the other models Hero Honda had stopped the production and also stopped sending the spares. Its fine if they are stopping the production but what harm the customers did other buying this model we dont have any clue how to get the spares as company they cannot be so lethargic in this and take a decision like this. My bikes front mudgaurd also got broken i was searching for the spares for more than a month but all my effort gone in a vain and atlast i got the second quality spare from the local shop and fixed it.

Why Hero Honda wants to put its customer under trouble like this???
