Non Replacement of battery

I had purchased hero honda passion plus from saraswati motor allahabad on 22 june. but after few days the wire of Battery melted automatically . i went to saraswati motor allahabad and made a complaint for the said matter he suggested me to jumper another wire in the battery terminal from any outside mechanic as jumpering facility is not available in saraswati motor workshop.

but after 2 weeks the teminal of battery is again disconnected, then i made written complaint in the first free service of the motorcycle at kanha motor but again they will suggest the same thing and arranged the jumpering of bhattery teminal from outside and charged me 30 Rs for the same. after that in the second free servicing the service centre had given a letter to me in the name of Sharda agencies, Allahabad (Exide Battery) ON 08/11 for replacement of defective battery but no actions is to taken by Exide Battery distributor.
