Not giving spare parts

I have purchased a herohonda glamour Fi bike since 06-01.i have made 2 servicing for my bike... but the main stand is gradually bending after 1 month of riding so that it creates trouble to ride..but the servicing center officials used to tell that this part is not coming to their showroom since last 4 months.pleease report the case and take necessary steps and avail me the same within my guarantee period...
