POOR SERVICE GIVEN

HI SIR

This is to apprise you that i have bought a new Heo honda Hunk front disk bike from Kanha Motors Allahabad on 1st july and since then i got it serviced two times, but the servicing given was very poor and none of the times the battery was charged though i got that noted on my job card and my bike's battery is not working properly and gets to lower charging very often creating problem for me to use my bike. Now i want you change my bike's battery as soon as possible.

So i want you to take stern steps for getting my problem corrected.
