Bad performance of Passion Pro

I bought Passion Pro on 20/11/09.I always face a starting problem, I bought my bike to dealer & adjust the carburetor setting but no improvement. My Bike sometime gives 42km/ltr average & sometime gives 62km/ltr average. Drive chain has also become loose it sounds too much when bike run on bad road or a slow speed. Rear brake is also not effective. I am very disappointing with the performance of new Passion Pro. I think i have chosen a wrong bike. I should choose d the Bajaj bike. What should i do, should i go to consumer forum or wait for company reply. I am fed up.
