Complain about bad service and torned of fibre body parts regularly

I bought a kaizma bike (Reg. no. WB 12 Y 0224) from AMIT MOTOR CYCLE (HOWRAH) and from that time the fibre body parts of my karizma bike were torned regularly. Although the fibre body parts were one's changed from the AMIT MOTOR CYCLE WORKSHOP, but it torned again. I ask from the supervisor that why it happens again, he replied that it happens from the defectiveness of bike or the fibre body parts.the supervisor promising me from 3 to 4 months that he will change it but still he doesn't change it.they doesnt provide a satisfied service to the customer.

By their fault the reputation of hero honda company is becoming very bad.
