I have bike cbz model of 2002 . When i went to GAUTAM BIKES everytime they are not giving me a response in a manner. I had given a bike to add a spare part in my bike they told u have to put a bike for a day but they dont have spare part MY job card no.989 on date 19.9.10 and for that i have taken a leave for two days as per given assuarance of Gautam bike. They take 3 days for that spare part and i was suffering from an near miss accident bec it was a part of brake. Also from that i had wasted 2 days and money to call them and to visit the shop. They are not fullfilling the customers need properly...
