Wrong delivery

Sir,

i have ordered a Hero Honda Glamour from ur dealer JCT motors, trivandrum. They promised us that they would deliver the vehicle within a month.

After 25days when i went to enquire about it, they are saying that i have ordered a PASSION PRo and not a glamour. And if i want a Glamour i should re-order again.

Wen confronted with this issue they insulted me and my father. The slip they gave us during booking doesnt show any details about any vehicle except the amount of money that we gave.

I used to feel really proud of ur company, being one of the top indian companies of the world. After treatment like this from ur dealers, i am sorry but, i am feeling disgust towards your company.

I hope you will look into this matter. Or else i have decided to cancel the order and go for a HONDA. Atleast they wont treat would-be customers like this.
