I am Ramachandran Nair, visited the Thiruvananthapuram dealer, M/s CHERAN AUTOMOBILES, to day.

Me & my wife were there for more than a half an hour with no one to attend us. And all the sales persons chairs were empty. When i found a person in sales, she got angry for asking product details regarding the HERO HONDA SCOOTER. I was planning to purchase a scooter for my kid, no responsible person was found. Any way i was forced to find an another scooter dealer & purchased MAHINDRA RODEO. For your information, the sales persons at MAHINDRA was very nice. I wonder how this sales persons from CHERAN AUTOMOBILES, can perform under the great name of HONDA...
