Dear Sir

Today on date 17.10.10 I have visited your dealership Anand FAb auto Sales and Service At chhatarpur M.P. For purchasing a bike Splender Plus/Cd Delux but.

I got surprised after response from your dealer (Mr Anand your dealership owner) attitude they clearly told us you have to clear choice whatever you have to purchase Splender Plus/Cd Delux but.we are not having facility of test drive

After all we have decided to purchase Splender plus

They are enforcing us. You have to compulsory enrolled in passport programmed

You have to compulsory have to enrolled in extended warranty programme.

They are not agree to give all information about those all two programme

But we got agree to participate in all those programme

But after all they enforced us to Got vehicle registered and insured from your dealership point as per our information they are charging rs 1500 extra from the market for registration and insurance. We are not agree to got vehicle registered from your dealership.

They forcely abused us and return our money and tell to us we not give to vehicle you can out from our dealership. They hearted our emotion and abused us .it totally destroy image of hero Honda.

After all we planned to complained of delaer attitude in Local and News Paper and we are ready to go consumer form

I also want to to know hero honda is enfocing to us got vehicle registered and insured from your dealership poinr

And in chhatarpur area thers is N No.s of dissatisfied customers who are dissatisfied with misbehaver of your dealership attitude not from hero Honda.company can conduct a survey for his dealship behavior (Not Staff Behavior Your Dealership owner Behavior)
