Negligency work

I have purchased a motorcycle model Splender Plus dated 24-07 from Unique Motors, Madhepura. After one month, I went to service centre for first servicing. They only change the lubricant, but did not wash my bike. This bike is belong to M/s Birla Corporation Ltd. subjected to Patna jurisdiction. I complain to the service centre staff but he refuse to help any more. Please take necessary action... Regards
