I am serving in indian army. I got availability certificate from gourav automobiles of hero honda at mhow. I already deposit all documents and demand draft to canteen stores department at jabalpur and i received purchase order them on 9/2, but now gourav automobiles refuse to delivered byke and they says contact canteen depot at jabalpur.please solve my problem.
