Regarding the misbehaver of your authorized service centre

Sir,

I, The undersigned person Chandramohan B. Kairamkonda is a customer of yours. i had bought a Hero honda passion pro about six month before Right now I am facing a problem of neutral light fault and some more else. So I had gone to the your authorized service center Fort Point Automotive Pvt LTD Buffina House 17/A Pitambari Lane Mahim Mumbai 400016. Belive me despite of all their efforts they have not sorted out my single problem but they done oiling and washing only. When i told Mr Yogesh Maniyar who is the executive of service center he used slang word for me. He told me do whatever you can I am not getting of afraid of any complaint. Right now I am concerning with my friends to approach consumer court.

sir please take necessary steps to sort out my problem.
