Unsatisfactory free service

I have given my bike for the second free service to Narwana Automobile, Patiala Road, Narwana. But they didn't air dried my bike after washing and nor they polished it afterwords. i asked them to do so but they didn't pay any attention on it. during my first service in delhi, they have done everything satisfactorily. and it is also mentioned in the service coupon to air dry the bike after washing to prevent it from corrosion and to polish it free of cost. So I want u to take the necessary action, so that the costumer don't have to take pain about all this.
