Cheating while servicing

Espected authority,

I am an owner of Hero Honda Glamour 2010.The motorcylces was bought from and under dealership of GURU ASSOCIATES, GURUVAYOOR.

I found that the battery clamp of my motocycle was broken during service and then soldered. This wasnt informed to me by the dealer and on enquiring about they were arguing with me that i should pay for it.

WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THE FAULT DURING SERVICE?

IS THIS JUSTICE TO A CUSTOMER?

AND AM NOW RUNNING WITHOUT EVEN A SPARE BATTERY...!!!

They even challenged me for complainting..

So i kindly request you for an approriate action against this and inforamation of what to do next.
