Ike engine problem

I purchased a hero honda hunk self start version from jammu, j and k automobiles national highway digiana, after purchasing in just 15 days its start noise in engine, i went to service provider station of j and k automobiles, after long efforts, haraasment and by wasting of tym and due to non avaibility of spare parts... it took 2 mnts to get correct that problem, can u believe dat just 566 kms drove bike engined get opened... its damn hard to believe..they opened it and make it gud to show me... but again after driving just 89 kms its again start complaining same problem again there, again i went to sevice station and again wasting of tym they opened engine again... after 3 days i get my bike... but still after driving just 100 kms its again start noise in engine... now i finally decided to filled a case against hero honda regional office and sub dealer j and k auto mobiles for non resolving of my bike issue, customer harrassment, and selling me flaw full bike...

i would like to saw action and waiting for comments on this issue by the responsible official person of hero honda
