Not selling spare parts to customer in sale counte

Hi,

I own CBZ Xtrem since 2008 and recently I shifted it from my home town to Hyderabad.

When I visited Prasad Motors (Gachibowli) for my vehicle's New Clutch plates they refused to sell the spare parts in counter and asked me to give my vehicle for servicing there and then only they would provide the clutch plates to me.

Earlier when I gave my vehicle there for servicing they charged me excessive amount without doing any denting to Petrol tank, without adjusting the fork and without changing handle. After showing them the proof they returned my amount.

Since I lost my confidence in their show room I asked for the spare parts to get my vehicle repaired outside garage where as they refused to sell and replied No stock available even after visiting their service center for 5 times.

Even I tried to purchase the Clutch Plates from other show rooms in City. Everybody is refusing to sell the spare parts in sale counter and asking me to give the vehicle for servicing.

Kindly take the necessary action and please let me know.
