Egarding poor servicing

I gave my scooty hero honda pleasure to the service centre in nagda named as KANTHED AUTOMOBILES. I gave my vehicle on date 29 october. My vehicle silencer had broken and dealer says that the parts will come in 5-6 days and and they will handover the vehicle to me in 2-3 days. But now it is one month over and I have not got my vehicle. All the time they are just making excuses. Sometimes they just said that they are waiting for the parts to come from city and sometime they are saying that this sort of problem they faced first time. It is not that also that my payment is due. I had given them the entire payment as a cash at the time of purchasing itself. The manager of the showroom also talked rudely with me.

So i finally decided to complain you. Please take any suitable action against the owner. I hope you will not disappoint me. And I will get my vehicle as soon as pssible.
