Engine Sounds and Poor Performance

Dear sir,

i have purchased A hero honda passion plus in 2009 my my engine sounds like a old byks, and the performance wise also too poor i had tried to contact hero honda people the dealers take charges and they simply end number of reasons, like you have to change this that, etc i am fed up of there services and worst guarantes... i really need some help from you
