Default in Shock absorbers of New Vehicle

This is the complaint I registered to them on 3rd March

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that my Vehicle CBZ Xtreme has

default in the front shock absorbers. During the servicing period I brought

it to the notice of the RANJEET MOTORS, THANE, how ever they told us that we

need to replace the same, but the part is not coming to their centre from

Andheri depot.

This was my second servicing and I bought it to their notice many

times, also I am doing regular follow up with them but to no avail.

Attached is the details of my Bike. Please make the part available so

that I can get it changed asap.

Since no action is taken, again I requested with the following complaint on 20th March

Dear Sir,

I had been to Ranjeet motors and they told me that they need to change both the shock absorbers. I have kept my vehicle for 8 days with them but still work is not done.

Please send the new parts as soon as possible. I am frustrated.

Sorry to state that you advertise in a big way but your service is not up to mark as per your standards.

Hoping to get my work done at the earliest.
