Hi,

I bought a Hero Honda Passion Pro bike on 21-05, from Sri Laskhmi Motors, MalakPet, Hyderabad. My was every time giving the milage of 62 to 65 kmpl and suddenly degraded to 55kmpl, On my last free servicing, I Informed to the repairer to rectify it and once the bike was delivered to me i observed i'm getting only 45 kmpl, Then i have gone to complaint against it, again some other repaired and now its giving 40 kmpl and always my bike stopping in the middle of traffic. I loose the trust on the service center. How to approach the Consumer court to sue against the particular service center,

to get my problem rectified.

or any other alternative way to get it worked .. Please suggest
