Hero Honda
No spare parts for my bike

My recently brought hero honda glamour-Fi bike is in the Authorised hero honda service center. the bike is not starting because of eletrical related problen and its been one week that the bike is there in the service center. when i call them they say that, one of its parts is not availabel anywhere and i have to wait until they get the spare parts. since i call them every day, they started shouting at me, telling you need not to call like this, they will inform me once the work is done and they say it may take some more time as well. i dont know what to do. if i had had some more money with me i would have burnd the bike infront of their showroon itself. i dont know whom shal i contact to get help.
