PATHETIC MECHANICS IN WORKSHOPS

Dear Sir,

I have a cbz extreme which is 7 months old. I have been having problems in exhaust because it is emitting black smoke. My average of the bike was around 55 but now it is just 35 to 40.I bought it from Kumar automobiles, vadodara. I gave the bike for repairing on 30th march 9 am. They gave me the bike on 1st april i.e yesterday but they havent yet solved the damn problem. When i went to complain they said thet we have changed many things and we have to keep 1 week observation. Is that the solution.if the smoke is coming then it is their duty to stop it as soon as possible.and they are saying you have to wait for 1 week. Now if this problem continues i dont know what to do. If i take few of my friends and fight with the guy it is of no use. So being a indian citizen i am writing this to you so that you can get a solution for it.hope you reply .please reply soon because i am in trouble sir.
