Hero Honda company but no response

Sir,

I am the owner of Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme bike (KL 20 C 2703) bought on 20/4. My bike face an small accident And bike was taken to Hero Honda authorised service centre (CHERAN AUTOMOBILES TRIVANDRUM) for repairing on 26/05.since from 30 days company not providing spare parts for my bike i am already complaint email send to Hero Honda company but no response. please consider my report and take action as soon as possible
