Negative respone of hero honda (yuva motors fbd)

abour 3 months before, one of the part (fish plate) of my bike (cbz xtreme) got broken down, due to which i was unable to ride it. so i went to the service area and requestd there for that part, they said me that currently it is un available and they will bring it in 8 to 10 days. from then, i have made around 5-6 visit at the service station and every time they give me the same answer.i even told them that to write my order and every time they say that it is already written. now after facing such a hard time because of them i have buyed it from the local market.
