HARASMENT MEDE BY THE DILLER

I have purchased a herohonda cbz xtrim from sunny motors situated in kanika chhak after my 3rd free servicing my vechicle started to leacking oil from engine. I have complained about this matter but they ignore about it now my free servicing complited the are suggesting to replace the bore and piston by paying Rs4000/- how is it legal on that time if therein problame they should replace it kindly show me proper path my mail id is saumyar1982@gmail.com
