Dear Sir / Madam,

I purchased a Hero Honda CD Deluxe bearing Registration No. DL-12SA-2176 on 10.12.2010. Inspite of several complaints on the occasion of service all efforts are in vain. My grievance related to the aforesaid bike is that from the date of purchase, I am facing a problem in the Engine of the Bike and it delivered me a mileage of around 30-35 K.M. per litre which is very less than the mileage committed by the dealer at the time of purchase. I have already mentioned my problem to the service station. They always promised me that they will resolve my problem but nothing has happened to me. I am writing this complaint to hope that the problem related to my bike would be resolved failing which I have only remedy left to initiate appropriate legal proceedings as per the prescribed law. Waiting for a positive reply from your end.
