Poor Qaulity of Bike

Dear Sir,

I purchased a CD DELUXE bike in Feb. 2011 but it is not taking good pick up and performance regarding averege of bike is not upto mark.

It stops while running. Im facing these problams since purchasing time.

When I went to Concerned Dealer Mr. Amit, he didn't satisfy me & started argueing with me. He told me that some parts needs to be replaced

& it would have to be paid the price of these parts while my bike is under warranty.

Pls. take proper action towards my problams and at dealer's behaviour...
