Hero Honda CD Deluxe
Regarding replacement of defective vehicle

I ANNUSHREE CHUTKE purchased HERO HONDA CD DELUXE. RECEIVED DELIVERY ON 17/03. ENGINE NO. A11EDC9C01324; CHASIS NO. MBLHA11ERC9C00701, LOT NO.- RXC11, FROM 101, NIKSIA HOUSE, MEHENDALE GARAGE CHOWK, ERANDWANE, PUNE-4 (UNITED AGENCY authorised dealer), challan no.1104178.

I AM HAVING FOLLOWING COMPLAINT :

1.) THE ABOVE VEHICLE SUDDENLY STOPPED ON ROAD, After running of just 140km.

2.) No response from the dealer for pick up of the vehicle and avoiding phone calls. Then I transported the vehicle to the dealer, personally bearing the transportation charges.

3.) After Several contacts I was told that Major Part of the vehicle is defected and has to be replaced but till date there is no action being taken and my vehicle is still lying in the workshop, due to unavailability of the defective part (as told by the dealer) and I am waiting for uncertain period of time.

4.) Every day I Am spending Rs. 300 to 400 for rickshaw and also wasting my time, My purpose for purchasing the vehicle is not solved. after paying the entire price for the vehicle why should i get a defective vehicle and have to wait so long?

5.) I have not even received the RTO registration no.

6.) I request you to kindly replace the vehicle as soon as possible, because i trust on your company and it is an issue raising question on company’s brand value. I am not satisfied for the same what was promised by the sales dealer of showroom.

7.) I expect positive response and good customer care service from a reputed company like HERO MOTO CORP who is well known for customer satisfaction.
