sir, i have purchased cd deluxe self start spoke wheel bike from bikes auto, vijay cross road, navrangpura, ahmedabad (hero honda dealer) at the time of purchased they assured us for passing of rto based at gandhinagar, and now they decline and told us that it is self passing, howerver at that time they take a signature of me on rto form, and i have also proof of quotation, now dealers staff are not answerabel and also owner are not answerabel and find a way to escape and put all the blame upon me, sir, this is not fair and i want to proper explanation, dealer are not responsible then terminate their agency, from last 10 days i visited so many times at showeroom and every time i found that it is not only happen to me but also to so many custmoers, after all we are purchased a vehicle by cash and not by finance, that the dealer owner and staff are behave like this, therfore you are requested to kindly go through the matter and instruct them to do needful
