Non availability of spare part

I gave my bike to apex automobile on 23rd june for accidental claim as it is come under insurance.their manager mr. shiv kumar sharma nd store manager mr. amit sharma they give just useless answers. they blamed company for not providing the parts of my bike they make fake promises. my daily routine is totally disturbed. kindly take an action as soon as possible
