R/Sir,

I am a regular customer of your HERO HONDA since last 20 years. Recently I have purchase a

Hero Honda Glamour Bike (OR-09 P 8351) from nearest dealer M/s WHEEL MOTORS, At/Po – Joda – Barbil highway, Barbil, Dt.- Keonjhar (Odisha) just one month before (dt. 06.05.2011).

Problem of the Bike is the Battery from purchase date, I have Complained about this at the dealer

3 times but they are not responding the case properly. They are also charging Rs 1500.00 for

Transporting with purchase price.

Therefore I request you to consider the case.
