Self start & BLACK SMOKE COMES OUT FROM SILENCER

The self start is not working properly from the very beginning i bought bike from Narbheram showroom, Adityapur, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. The black smoke comes out from the silencer regularly from the very beginning. I have already informed the same to the dealer but no action has been taken yet.i have already done servicing 3 times from the same place i bought it.i always told them to lodge the complain but they have not done and gives lots of excuses. The service centre people are also not able to solve the problem. Now again i have been to service centre on 27th April'12, they kept the bike & i have not received the bike yet. The behaviour of the people in service center is not up to the mark, they know only to give excuses.

Please look into the matter.
