My bike has steering bubbling problems since purchased

I have purchased this bike on 13 oct on that day my steering bubling problems remain. They have also change my bikes tyre but still when i ride 60 to 70 kmph bike steering bubling. i saw this

problems mr. narendra he has given solution of tyre replacement after tyre replacement problems less but not solved. I request this person to further technichal solution, He told me my area manager will

come and I call you for metting. But still I didnot get any reply from him. I have registered this complained due to after 1 month 2300 km my problems remain. Once I have register complained in hero

moto corp website after Mr. naredhra has contact me. My request to help me and suggest hero honda dealer for solve this technichal issue.
