Hero Honda - Goodlife card

Sir,

I have paid Rs.250/- on 13.01.2011 @ Raviram Motors, Chengalpattu-603 001 (Hero Honda Dealer) for renewal of my Hero Honda Goodlife Card. But not yet received my card. I have also made two services i.e.13.01.2011 & 05.04.2011 onwards. When will the Goodlife card issued to me? If the points for the two services to be added are not?
