Sir, I have purchased a herohonda pleasure from cheran automobiles, tpm on 16/03, It had run only 147 km from the date purchase Myscooter no-kl-oi-9604.When i was riding thescooter the rear wheel stucked and i slipped down. I callthe shops land phonenumber 3 days.they didnt attend my calls.then i reached the service station and reported the complaint to the sales manager, he tlod to bring the the scooter to s.s. Then i took the scooter by autro with the help of my friends on 05/05.Then the supervicer checked the scooter and says that he will call at evening about the complaint. I called, lady attend the phoneand said she call me later. They call inthe evening and says that the spare parts is not yet awailable in the s.s.there is no customer care at all inthis firm.whenever i called there to know about my sisters vehicle they have only answer that there is no sparepartsavailable..kinndly takenecessary actions as early as possible.
